The Team Effectiveness Accelerator is journey designed to elevate individual consciousness and collective awareness to enable group flow, more creative ideas, courageous actions, and right-results oriented work cultures and environments. This program comprises a series of carefully curated sessions delivered over three months that incorporates mindfulness practices, transformational breathwork, interpersonal group dynamics skills, and developmental leadership coaching.
